Process Safety Management

Process safety is always as our first priority. In 2012, we embedded with UK HSE, EI and US CCPS regulations to integrate and establish process safety management system to comply with international standards, and breathe into the highest standard as principle to implement staff training, staff and production process safety assessment, asset integrity procedure and event investigation in practice with monthly review performance indicators to strictly urge on ourselves to ensure the process safety management remains at a highest level of standards.

For years, we dedicated ourselves into improving the plant’s production efficiency, operation safety and striving for sustainable development, in addition, by way of process modification management system to control the quality, safety, and effectiveness of every project.

As the global industry develops towards the digitization and intelligent manufacturing stage, our team is actively evaluating the opportunities for production efficiency improvement, with the aim of further enhancing our competitiveness in the industry in the future.

Asset Integrity Procedure Management

To ensure the assets and equipment in efficiently and effectively managed, we carry out Asset Integrity Procedure (AIP) Management to keep relevant assets and equipment safe and reliable, minimizing the risks and hazards to employees, contractors, community and environment.
