2022 KMC Two-day Family Trip

Due to the impact of the epidemic in 2022, the company's annual two-day family trip that was looked-forward to by colleagues was postponed to 1st October, and the locations were selected at the well-known scenic spots - Shuilinxi and Xitou. In the cool and refreshing autumn season, during the day, the people took a stroll in the delightful forest amusement area, enjoying the flowers and forest bathing that city dwellers had been missing for a long time. In addition to enjoying delicious meals at the hotel in the evening, colleagues also appreciated the fantastic band performances and participated in fun group games. Laughter filled the night, making it lively and enjoyable.

The 21st Creative Design Contest – The Final

The final round was held on 3 September, with 48 presentations along with prototypes for shortlist. The students seized the opportunity to present the features and strengths of their designs to strive for the best score. The 22nd Acrylic Creative Design Contest - Event Briefing

From September to November each year, we arrange event briefing sessions at design-related departments in colleagues in the North, Central, and South regions of Taiwan to have participants a better understanding of acrylics. This includes an introduction to the characteristics of acrylics, fabricating techniques with machinery, and the common applications of acrylics as well as future development trends.

The 33rd Taipei Building Show

The 2021 "Taipei Building Show was held at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center from 9 December to 12 December. Our team showcased various acrylic products with the theme of "the Creative World of Acrylic“. The booth features with winning entries from the 20th Acrylic Creative Design Contest in 2021, 3D acrylic trees, skylight covers/louvers/bathroom doors, color-changing acrylics/VivaLED light boxes, art-embedded acrylic sheets, acrylic aquarium with a tunnel-like structure, KD combination cabinets/easels with acrylic inkjet patterns, acrylic display cabinets with rainbow effect, garden lighting fixtures, acrylic living utensils, and acrylic crystal sculptures.

2021 KMC Two-day Family Trip

In early May, we held a two-day family trip, arranging several popular tourist attractions in Kenting. Colleagues not only enjoyed the passionate sunshine and beaches in southern Taiwan, but also tasted excellent local cuisines. In one afternoon, there was a beach volleyball game at the Xia Du Hotel, with both sides fiercely attacking and fighting, allowing everyone to enjoy the joy of competing with their wit, youth and energy. Under the summer night sky, by the outdoor pool of the hotel, the people tasted the summer-limited BBQ feast. Accompanied by the band's singing and interesting team-building games, everyone ate happily and played happily.
