Farewell Highlights for the Honorable Retirement of Our Engineering Manager - Three Decades Together, Best Wishes on the New Journey
On August 8, coinciding with Father's Day - a day filled with gratitude and blessings - we held a special farewell party to honor our Engineering Manager, who has served for nearly thirty years. This event was a tribute to his many years of dedication and hard work. The celebration began with a "Time Retrospective Video" meticulously prepared by our colleagues, showcasing familiar scenes and warm smiles that pieced together the precious memories from his time with us. General Manager Eric Huang first wished a Happy Father's Day to all colleagues who are fathers and expressed heartfelt thanks to the Engineering Manager for his contributions and companionship throughout KMC's growth journey. The Engineering Manager in his own address reflected on the many moments of factory equipment and advancing various projects and expressed gratitude to the colleagues for overcoming challenges together and achieving goals as a team. He encouraged us to continue embracing a spirit of breaking boundaries, sharing hardships and joys, and moving forward together in prosperity. He also reminded us to take care of the health, as only with a healthy body can we continue to give our best to both our families and the company. KMC presented a commemorative plaque as a symbol of gratitude and blessings and arranged a warm afternoon tea gathering to allow colleagues to bid farewell in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Laughter and blessings intertwined at the farewell party, and the feelings of reluctance and gratitude turned into the most heartfelt memories - ones that will forever remain in the hearts of our big company family.

Our Commitment and Actions - Cultivating the Acrylic Industry and Nurturing Design Talent
In today’s rapidly evolving global industries, we remain true to our original mission: to drive innovation and foster talent. We are dedicated to advancing the applications and fabrication technologies of MMA-derived acrylics to new heights. We firmly believe that great creativity is not only born from inspiration but also built upon professional knowledge and technical expertise. For years, we have collaborated with academia to offer students in design-related programs at universities/colleges the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of acrylics and help them transform their ideas into refined and sophisticated creations. This year, the 24th Acrylic Creative Design Contest has entered the phase of prototyping. We, once again, have invested resources to ensure that the finalists can successfully complete their works and showcase their full potential. In addition to providing high-quality acrylic materials, we have also arranged for experienced acrylic fabricators to guide students step-by-step through key processes such as cutting, polishing, thermo-bending, and bonding. This hands-on training helps every finalist become familiar with acrylic fabrication and independently produce high-quality works. Through this experience, we aim to deepen their understanding of acrylic material and enhance their craftsmanship, laying a solid foundation for their future design careers. This competition is not just a design contest— it is also a concrete expression of our commitment to corporate social responsibility. As a leader in the domestic acrylic industry, we fully recognize that the industry’s future depends on the contributions of the next generation. We are willing to serve as a bridge, helping young talents gain exposure to professional techniques, learn industry practices, and develop strong design and production skills. We will continue to honor this commitment by investing more resources to ensure that the Acrylic Creative Design Contest is not merely a competition, but a cradle for cultivating design talent. We look forward to collaborating with more young people who are passionate about design, extending the boundaries of creativity, and driving the acrylic industry toward a broader future.
